Following her passing in 2013, Ms. Elaine M. Hines's eldest son, Court Hines, who was inspired to initiate community projects under the umbrella of the Elaine M. Hines Foundation. his mission centers on promoting healthy living and fostering peace through peaceful resolution concepts. As part of his efforts, he operate a thriving community garden that serves as a vital resource for our neighborhood. This garden, which grows annually, plays a significant role in the commitment to enhancing the well-being of our community.
